Third Coast Capital Advisors recently represented Vector Technologies Ltd. in its sale to Holden Industries Inc., a Deerfield, based diversified holding company.

Vector Technologies Ltd., located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a leading designer and manufacturer of powerful industrial vacuums and related conveyance products for hazardous and non-hazardous material handling. Vector's products include trailer, truck or skid mounted vacuum systems that are utilized in a range of industrial end-markets including the refinery, petrochemical, surface preparation, mining, utility, industrial cleaning, construction, and agriculture markets.

Holden Industries is the parent company of Vac-Con Inc., based in Green Cove Springs, Fla., a manufacturer and distributor of truck-mounted and skid-mounted vacuum sewer cleaning equipment, hydro-excavation equipment and related products.

Third Coast Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Vector, working closely with the senior management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
