Our core business is pursuing strategic acquisitions for PE owned portfolio companies and corporate clients. We have a senior model where all engagements are executed in their entirety by experienced, senior level investment bankers. This allows us to develop a strong relationship with the owners of target companies which leads to directly negotiated transactions.

Prior to forming the firm 14years ago, our founding partners spent many years as sell-side bankers. As such, we bring a unique perspective on the motivations of both buyers and sellers to all of our client engagements. Moreover, we have developed a highly successful and efficient process for identifying, contacting, evaluating and executing proprietary acquisitions on behalf of our clients.

We assist clients in developing a formal acquisition strategy and provide corporate development services on an outsourced basis. We use a "Best Practices" approach based on our prior strategy work with over 80 private equity firms and corporate clients to properly align acquisition objectives with market trends and company growth initiatives.  For private equity clients, we can provide a perspective on exit strategy and planning.  For corporate clients, we can provide corporate development services on an outsourced basis, or we can provide support to an existing group on a project basis.

By virtue of our exclusive focus on the buyside, we have made contact with over 10,000 business owners throughout our history as a firm. These discussions provide a unique perspective into the selling intentions of owners, while also providing important information about their businesses. This often leads to introductions of acquisition opportunities to our private equity relationships that result from this extensive network of target company contacts.
