Mr. Lovette is the founder of Third Coast Capital Advisors and manages the daily activities of the firm with responsibility for originating, advising on, and executing merger and acquisition transactions for clients across a variety of industries. Prior to forming Third Coast Capital Advisors, Mr. Lovette was a Managing Director in the Middle Market M&A group at Banc of America Securities LLC where he led a national effort focused on M&A transactions with values under $150 million. Prior to his tenure at Bank of America, Mr. Lovette was a Managing Director in the M&A/Corporate Finance group at LaSalle Bank and ABN AMRO. In total, Mr. Lovette has over 25 years of experience working with private and public companies on merger and acquisition transactions. His diverse M&A experience includes acquisitions, private company sales, corporate divestitures, portfolio company sales of private equity groups and sales of public companies across numerous industries. Mr. Lovette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University.

Mr. Zycinski is a Managing Director with Third Coast Capital Advisors with responsibility for transaction origination and all phases of transaction execution. Previously, Mr. Zycinski was an Associate in the Middle Market M&A group at Banc of America Securities LLC. Prior to his tenure at Bank of America, Mr. Zycinski was an Associate in the M&A/Corporate Finance group at LaSalle Bank and ABN AMRO. His diverse M&A experience includes acquisitions, private company sales, corporate divestitures, ESOP advisory, portfolio company sales of private equity groups and sales of public companies across a variety of industries. Mr. Zycinski earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Harvey is a Managing Director with Third Coast Capital Advisors with responsibility for transaction origination and all phases of transaction execution. Previously, Mr. Harvey was a Managing Director at Metronome Partners and InterOcean Advisors, where he focused on sourcing and executing M&A advisory engagements in a variety of industry sectors. Prior to his tenure at InterOcean, Mr. Harvey spent 15 years as a senior management consultant at both large firms like Deloitte Consulting and smaller, boutique firms like the Keystone Group, where he advised middle market client companies on various M&A growth strategies and initiatives. Prior to his consulting career, Mark spent nine years in middle-market M&A advisory capacities at Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance, Vector Securities International, Inc. and Smith Barney. In total, Mr. Harvey has over 25 years of experience in all phases of the M&A process from strategy through post-merger integration. Mr. Harvey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Clarke is a Managing Director with Third Coast Capital Advisors and has responsibility for transaction origination and all phases of transaction execution. Prior to working with Third Coast Capital Advisors, Mr. Clarke was the global head of Corporate Development at Novus International, a health and nutrition company based in St. Louis with $1 billion in annual sales. While at Novus, Mr. Clarke led a team of corporate development professionals and he was directly responsible for the negotiation and execution of multiple acquisitions and joint ventures in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Clarke’s prior experience also includes working in the tax departments at Deloitte & Touche and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Mr. Clarke is a CPA and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Washington University Olin School of Business.

Mr. Pressler is a Managing Director with Third Coast Capital Advisors with responsibility for transaction origination and all phases of transaction execution. Prior to Third Coast Capital Advisors, Mr. Pressler was a Managing Director at Monroe Credit Advisors responsible for raising debt capital and providing finance advisory services to private equity firms and corporate clients. Prior to Monroe, Mr. Pressler served in senior management positions in the corporate banking groups at Associated Bank in Milwaukee and at BMO Harris Bank in Chicago. He held previous roles at Madison Capital Funding, GE Capital, Heller Financial and LaSalle Bank providing financing solutions to private equity groups for leveraged buyouts and add-on acquisitions. Mr. Pressler earned his M.B.A. from DePaul University and his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

Mr. Dudek is a Vice President with Third Coast Capital Advisors and has responsibility for acquisition target research, marketing, and business development. Prior to working with Third Coast Capital Advisors, Mr. Dudek was an Associate Wealth Advisor with Mariner Wealth Advisors, a Chicago based Registered Investment Advisory firm specializing in providing personalized financial solutions for high-net worth individuals. During his time at Mariner, Mr. Dudek was responsible for portfolio management and analysis, along with the implementation of new client investment strategies. Mr. Dudek earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Gies College of Business. Mr. Dudek played football for the University of Illinois where he was a three-year team captain and awarded All-American honors.

Mr. Baughman is an Associate with Third Coast Capital Advisors and has responsibility for acquisition target research, financial analysis, marketing, and database administration. Prior to working with Third Coast Capital Advisors, Mr. Baughman was the Player Development Coach for men’s basketball at Loyola University Chicago, where he was responsible for individual player development, film breakdown and scouting in conjunction with assisting in team strategy, mentoring student athletes and instilling a winning culture. Mr. Baughman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business. Mr. Baughman played basketball for Loyola University Chicago where he was a member of three MVC regular season championships, a pair of MVC Tournament titles, two NCAA Sweet 16's, and a NCAA Final Four.
