Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.
Doing It Right Roofing & Siding, based in Russellton, PA, and founded in 1984, is a leading provider of roofing, siding, and other exterior services to residential homeowners across the Pittsburgh metropolitan area.
