Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Tri Scapes, a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, in its acquisition of TotalPML. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.
TotalPML, based in Sanford, FL, is a commercial landscaping provider that serves apartment complexes, multifamily housing, and other commercial properties across Central Florida. The company offers a range of services including routine maintenance, irrigation management, and landscape installations.
Tri Scapes, headquartered in Alpharetta, GA and founded in 1993, is a leading provider of commercial landscaping services across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. The company delivers landscape construction, maintenance, and public works solutions across a range of end markets, including commercial properties, HOAs, and municipalities.
