Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Steven Label, a portfolio company of Goldner Hawn, in its acquisition of Orange County Label.  Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This transaction represents another example of the benefits of direct outreach as this transaction was sourced and closed without an M&A advisor representing the seller.      

Orange County Label, based in Santa Ana, California is a full-service manufacturer and supplier of high-quality labels as well as specialty die-cut and adhesive products.  Labels are supplied to major manufacturers including the pharmaceutical, biomedical, health & beauty, electronics and food & nutrition industries.

Steven Label, based in Santa Fe Springs, California is a manufacturer of specialty labels, medical instructions for use, graphic overlays, membrane switches and folding cartons serving medical device, electronics, industrial and consumer markets.  The company operates out of six facilities located in California and Mexico.  Goldner Hawn acquired Steven Label in November of 2021.
