Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.

Captain Clean, based in Clinton, IA, is a family-owned industrial cleaning company. Established in 1969 by Bob Lehman, the company has grown from a single vacuum truck operation into a trusted provider of specialized cleaning services for industrial and commercial clients.

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES), based in Cincinnati, OH, provides a comprehensive suite of environmental and industrial services, including waterblasting, pressure washing, product destruction, recycling, waste disposal, emergency response, and more.
