Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Rabine Doors & Docks, a portfolio company of North Branch Capital, in its acquisition of Klatt Equipment. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.
Klatt Equipment, headquartered in Cudahy, WI and founded in 1975, is a commercial overhead door and loading dock equipment company serving customers across Wisconsin and the Midwest. The company provides installation, service, and repair of dock levelers, vehicle restraints, high-speed doors, dock seals and shelters, and related equipment, and also operates as Overhead Door of Metro Milwaukee.
Rabine Doors & Docks, headquartered in Elk Grove Village, IL, is a full-service commercial dock and door company specializing in the maintenance, inspection, repair, replacement, and 24/7 emergency service of industrial doors and loading dock equipment. A portfolio company of North Branch Capital since June 2025, the company serves industrial, commercial, and retail customers across the Midwest.
