Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Pool Troopers, a portfolio company of Shoreline Equity Partners, in its acquisition of Tri-City Pools. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. Shoreline partnered with Pool Troopers in October, 2020 to support the company’s next phase of growth including the execution of an aggressive acquisition strategy. This transaction represents the fourth acquisition by Pool Troopers since partnering with Shoreline.
Tri-City Pools, based in Fort Myers, Florida, is a leading pool service company in Southwest Florida. Tri-City provides cleaning, repair and equipment maintenance services for residential and commercial pools in the Fort Myers and Naples areas. Currently providing over 2,300 monthly cleanings with an employee base of 54 people, Tri-City is one of the largest pool companies in Southwest Florida.
Pool Troopers, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, is a leading provider of chemical, cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for residential and commercial pools. Founded in 1952, the company serves 17,000 customers in Florida, Texas and Arizona. Pool Troopers was ranked #1 in 2019 and 2020 on the Top 50 list by Pool & Spa News & Jandy.
