Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to OnPoint Group, a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, in its acquisition of Central State Door Service. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.  Central State will become part of the Miner Ltd. division within OnPoint.

Central State Door Service, based in Middletown, Pennsylvania, and operating since 1941, provides design, install and service expertise for both docks and doors, serving multiple industries including food and beverage, manufacturing, automotive, third-party logistics, and general warehousing.

OnPoint Group, based in Perrysburg, Ohio, is the first national, brand independent service and equipment provider supporting manufacturers, retailers and distributors for all of their material handling and facility maintenance needs.
