Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Mostardi Platt, a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, in its acquisition of Leaf Environmental & Engineering. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This represents the third acquisition that we have sourced for Mostardi Platt.

Leaf Environmental & Engineering, headquartered in Durham, NC and founded in 2014, is an environmental consulting and engineering firm serving industrial and manufacturing clients. The company provides air permitting, emissions inventories, air toxics analysis, site assessment and remediation, RCRA compliance, stormwater and wastewater permitting, and spill prevention planning services, helping plant operators maintain regulatory compliance cost-effectively.

Mostardi Platt, headquartered in Elmhurst, IL, is an environmental consulting firm specializing in air emissions source testing, continuous emissions monitoring, and regulatory compliance services. A portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners since January 2025, the company serves utilities, cement producers, and other industrial and manufacturing customers across North America.
