Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Mostardi Platt, a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, in two unrelated acquisitions consisting of DSG Solutions and Air Analysis. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.
DSG Solutions, based in Gardner, MA, is an air quality consulting firm that specializes in providing air management support services to the energy industry, as well as commercial and industrial clients nationwide.
Air Analysis, based in Lenhartsville, PA, is a trusted and experienced emissions testing company, offering reliable compliance and diagnostic testing services for over 20 years.
Mostardi Platt, based in Elmhurst, IL, delivers a full suite of environmental consulting solutions, including air emissions source testing, emissions monitoring, compliance management and assessment services.
