Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Four Seasons, a portfolio company of Cortec Group, in its acquisition of Regional Plumbing of Valparaiso, IN. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.

Regional Plumbing, based in Valparaiso, IN, is a leading provider of a range of HVAC and plumbing services including drain cleaning, fixture installation and repair, water heater installation and repair, sewer line replacement, and heating and air conditioning system repair and maintenance.
