Mountain West Tank Resources, headquartered in Peoria, AZ, is a water infrastructure services company providing water storage tank inspection, asset management, and lifecycle planning services across the Western United States. The company specializes in diver-based and ROV inspections, AWWA-aligned condition assessments, coatings evaluations, cathodic protection support, and detailed asset documentation, serving municipal water utilities across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and neighboring states.

CROM, headquartered in Gainesville, FL, is a national water infrastructure solutions provider specializing in the design, construction, restoration, and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities, including prestressed concrete tanks, protective coatings, shotcrete, and structural restoration. A portfolio company of Frontenac since February 2025, CROM has built a national platform through multiple strategic acquisitions and serves municipal and industrial clients across the United States.
