Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to CROM, a portfolio company of Frontenac, in its acquisition of CFG Industries. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.
CFG Industries, based in Houston, TX, delivers a range of specialty infrastructure solutions including protective coatings, structural repairs, underground utilities and electrical systems, lift station rehabilitation, and custom welding and fabrication.
CROM, based in Gainesville, FL, is a water infrastructure solutions provider focused on the innovation, design, construction, restoration, and maintenance of the nation’s water and wastewater facilities. CROM specializes in the design and construction of prestressed concrete tanks, concrete removal and surface preparation, durability inspections and assessments, infrastructure upgrades, high-performance coatings, shotcrete, and structural restoration solutions.
