Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Azureon, a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners, in two unrelated acquisitions consisting of Pooltek Services and Subcomm Pools. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.

Pooltek Services, based in Rockville, MD, and founded in 1986, is a residential pool services company providing maintenance, repair, renovation, opening and closing, and related services across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Subcomm Pools, based in Falls Church, VA, is a full service residential pool company providing pool construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, and seasonal services across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Azureon, headquartered in Saddle Brook, NJ, is a leading provider of pool care services operating under a family of 13 brands across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Azureon provides a broad range of residential and commercial pool maintenance, repair, equipment upgrades, renovations, and design/build services across seven states and DC.
