Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Accredited Labs, a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, in its acquisition of Polymer Testing Instruments (“PTI”). Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.  This represents the 17th acquisition that we have sourced for Accredited Labs. 

Polymer Testing Instruments (“PTI”), headquartered in Fletcher, NC and founded in 1996, is an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited calibration and repair services provider specializing in test and measurement equipment for the rubber, energy, and plastics industries. PTI offers calibration across dimensional, electrical, force, pressure, temperature, and torque parameters, serving clients requiring rigorous compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Accredited Labs, headquartered in Dallas, TX and launched as a platform by Incline Equity Partners in June 2023, is a national provider of ISO/IEC 17025-accredited calibration and repair services for mission-critical test and measurement equipment and instrumentation. The company serves diverse end markets including life sciences, aerospace, semiconductor, and manufacturing.
