Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Accredited Labs, a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, in its acquisition of Calser Calibrations. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.
Calser Calibrations, headquartered in St. Jacob, IL and founded in 1979, is an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited calibration services provider offering precision measurement and instrument calibration across dimensional, force, mass, pressure, temperature, time, torque, and construction materials testing equipment, supporting clients across a range of industries requiring rigorous quality and compliance standards.
Accredited Labs, headquartered in Dallas, TX and launched as a platform by Incline Equity Partners in June 2023, is a national provider of ISO/IEC 17025-accredited calibration and repair services for mission-critical test and measurement equipment and instrumentation. The company serves diverse end markets including life sciences, aerospace, semiconductor, and manufacturing, and has completed over 24 acquisitions since inception.
