Guiding Principles

Third Coast Capital Advisors is committed to taking a customized approach to each and every client. Whereas most investment banks apply a "one size fits all" approach to client needs, we spend considerable time upfront with our clients to completely understand and prioritize their transaction objectives, before we ever recommend a solution or strategy.

As a partner owned firm, we can be flexible in terms of our engagements, including fee structures, based on the extent of assistance required by the client and based on the specific nature of the transaction.

Whether we are advising a client on an acquisition, company sale, divestiture or capital raise, we always emphasize the following objectives:

  • Maintain maximum confidentiality

  • Minimize management distraction and disruption to the business

  • Manage all assignments with professionalism and integrity

  • Meet or exceed our clients expectations

  • Maximize the final results

  • Maintain good communication flow throughout
